The Phoenix Recycling company recycles throughout Louisiana in parishes such as Orleans, Mandeville, and Jefferson, at both schools and residencies. They are here today at the WWII Museum today to recycle things such as cans and to get people to sign up for recycling.

John Besh Interview
This was an interview Christian did and Brittany helped with videoing. Besh said in his own words,”I always loved cooking, I have been in love with it since beginning of high school.” Succesfully, Besh has accomplished so many things in his early age. He, to me, is a very inspiring role model.

My interview with with Octavio Mantilla was wonderful and inspiring.He told me about what his responsibilities are as John Besh’s business partner.He loves working with John Besh.He says the restaurant business is a lot of fun but it is a lot of hard work.He says if you want to be in the restaurant business you have to be dedicated to your work.
This is a video of Country Day iReporters interviewing Walt Burgoyne, the Education Programs Coordinator for the WWII museum. His job entails many different things such as organizing family and student activity days throughout the year, training and working with docents, and public education war games. He loves history in general, and he also volunteers at Chalmette Battlefield.
